A&I RO Membrane Cleaning System
Reverse osmosis membranes can be impacted by containments such as calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate ions as well as organic microorganisms that build up on the membrane surface during a period of operations. These deposits can cause loss in output and/or rejection levels and reduce total system performance.
SCHW offers A&I RO Membrane Cleaning System, which can help remove suspended solids, mineral scale and microorganisms fouling on your membrane elements. By means of A&I RO Membrane Cleaning System, the membranes can be reused to save the replacement cost.
① Off line RO cleaning function enables system keep running without stopping.
② Free choice of combined RO pressure vessels for cleaning, it can be tagged with RO membrane serial numbers. Single/multiple RO auto-cleaning ability flexible for extension as desired.
③ PLC control to detect electrical conductivity, flow rate, pressure etc…Clean process can be programmed to meet specific cleaning requirements.
④ Real-time online monitoring system. Cleaning records will be stored for future analysis to improve RO system efficiency.
