During the production of PCB, most processes of FPC/PCB wet process are similar. The pure water requirements for each process are similar as well. During the production process of PCB, copper plating, tin, Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold, PTH/black hole and surface treatment etching are commonly used. The production process of these materials and process requires different quality of pure water. Additionally，because of the different production process and different chemical used, each process requires different pure water quality.
