Quartz Sand Filter
Quartz Sand Filter adopts steel or FRP as the material of its housing, filled with gravel in different size. Raw water will evenly spread through water distributor in the filter, and passes through the surface of quartz sand. Quartz sand can filter the impurities such as fine particles and suspended solids that brought by raw water. Finally, the purified water will be collected through the water distributor in the bottom of filter. The filter can operate continuously, and backwash will be applied automatically or manually in every 24 hours.

③ Selects high-quality filter material to qualify the filtering effect, and avoid backwashing disorder.
④ Quartz Sand Filter with small water flow adopts FRP as the material of its filter. The system will operate automatically through auto-control valve (fleck valve) for backwashing.
⑤ Quartz Sand Filter with large water flow adopts carbon steel lined with rubber as the material of its filter. The system will operate automatically by pneumatic valve through PLC for backwashing.
